Welcome to Cipher Spaces, your destination for premium canvas wall art and luxury hand-tufted rugs. By accessing and using our website (www.cipherspaces.com), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General Information

Cipher Spaces is a registered business providing custom-made artworks and rugs. All purchases made on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated or amended from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

Product Information

For Canvas Wall Art

• All artworks are custom-printed as per your order.

• Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or print texture. These are not considered defects.

For Rugs

• All rugs are hand-tufted and made-to-order using Blended Wool, Pure New Zealand Wool, or Viscose Silk.

• Slight variations in design alignment or texture are part of the natural handmade process and not treated as faults.

• Color may appear slightly different due to screen display differences.

Order Process

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full product price, along with applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Artworks: Delivered within 7–10 business days

• Rugs: Delivered within 25–30 days due to the handcrafted nature of production

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, except in case of defects or delivery issues.

Payment Policy

We accept:

• Prepaid (Online Payment)

• Partial COD (Advance + Balance on Delivery)

For Partial COD, the advance is non-refundable if delivery is refused.
For Prepaid orders, if delivery is refused or missed, we will reship after collecting extra delivery charges. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.

• Products are shipped through trusted courier partners.

• While we aim for timely delivery, Cipher Spaces is not responsible for courier delays, weather, or regulatory issues.

• Once marked "delivered" by the courier, Cipher Spaces is not responsible for any loss or damage thereafter.

Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure you receive the best quality.

✅ You are eligible for a Replacement, Exchange, or Full Refund if:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged product

• Incorrect size

• Incomplete delivery

• Manufacturing defect

Include an unboxing video (mandatory) and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

We will arrange a return pickup at no extra cost. The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
After inspection, we’ll process your replacement, exchange, or refund.

Important Notes:

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or slight color variation due to screen differences.

• Requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Category-Specific Return Terms

Artworks

• Printed and framed as per your order — returns only accepted for damage, incorrect size, or manufacturing defect.

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Rugs

• Made-to-order and hand-tufted — eligible for return only if the product is damaged, wrong, or defective.

• Because each rug is crafted from scratch, returns for personal preference or delay in delivery are not accepted.

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

Warranty

All products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage due to:

• Mishandling or misuse

• Improper installation

• Accidents or external causes (water, pets, etc.)

Intellectual Property

All content on www.cipherspaces.com, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Cipher Spaces.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cipher Spaces will not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

Modifications to Terms

Cipher Spaces reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the website confirms your acceptance of the new terms.

Image Rights and Content Removal Policy

If you believe any image or content on our website infringes your rights or belongs to you, please contact us with valid legal documentation supporting your claim. Upon verification, we will promptly remove the content.

Shipping, Logistics & Delivery Guarantee

All orders are shipped through third-party logistics partners. In case a package is delayed, misplaced, or stuck in transit, we can assist by raising a complaint with the respective logistics provider. Since logistics operations are handled by an independent company, we cannot commit to any specific resolution timeline or take responsibility for delays caused by the courier partner. However, we do guarantee that your product will be delivered to you safely, and in the rare event of damage or loss, we will support you with a replacement as per our policy.
